Each project is tailored to your specific needs and is based on several factors, including the design complexity, design style, paint choice, travel requirements, and the cost of resources and labor. Due to these variables, we provide personalized quotes to ensure that each project reflects the vision and details you desire. Please contact us for a consultation, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a detailed estimate.
  • Do you travel?
    Yes, Trew Colors Art Designs does travel both nationally and internationally to bring our unique designs to you, no matter where you are. Please note that there is a travel and lodging fee associated with our services, which will be included in the invoice. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience and will handle all the details related to our travel arrangements.
  • Are deposits required for projects?
    Yes, we do require a deposit for all projects at Trew Colors Art Designs. A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary before we can begin any project. This ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and time to bring your vision to life. Once the deposit is received, we'll start the creative process and keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Do you offer refund?
    At Trew Colors Art Designs, we pour our heart and soul into each project, which is why we do not offer refunds once work has started, including the purchasing of resources. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If work has not yet begun, we may offer a Trew Colors Credit as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction. This credit can be applied to any future project, subject to approval by Trew or Trew Colors Art Designs, and must be used within 12 months of the agreement. We genuinely care about bringing your vision to life and are dedicated to ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience with us.
  • Do I need to purchase Materials & Supplies?
    No, you do not need to purchase any materials or supplies for your project with Trew Colors Art Designs. We take care of all necessary materials and supplies, which are included in the invoice pricing. We aim to make the process as seamless and convenient for you as possible, so you can focus on the excitement of bringing your vision to life.
  • How long does a project take to complete?
    Each project at Trew Colors Art Designs is unique and comes with its own timeline for completion. The duration can vary depending on the specifics of your project, such as design complexity and size. All completion dates will be clearly outlined in the contract and mutually agreed upon by you and our team. This ensures transparency and allows us to meet your expectations while delivering exceptional quality.
